YOU are where YOU are and what YOU are because YOU have decided to be there

I am sure you have all caught the capitalization of the word YOU in the title of this post. It is just a friendly reminder that YOU are in control of your life- not because anything else, circumstances, people, time or excuses- YOU are in control of how your life is at the current moment and the moment you accept responsibility for everything in your life is the moment you gain the power to change anything in your life. WOW- BOOM-AHA-LIGHT BULB- I want you to feel all the feels of this last sentence.

I know its hard to make an investment in yourself but you have a choice; you can make it to live better now or you might be forced to make changes later in life because of an illness, a disease, aches, pains, etc… due to poor lifestyle choices. The choice is up to YOU! Many years ago I was forced to make a change because of health reasons due to poor choices in lifestyle and I can guarantee you if I didn’t make those changes I am fearful of what life would have looked like today… Please don’t hesitate putting your health a priority until you have to. Here are some questions to get the ball rolling:

  • What is preventing you from making YOU a priority?

  • Are you already exactly where you want to be in life?

  • How is your stress level these days?

  • How is your energy level?

  • How is your mood? Do you feel like your emotions are taking you on a rollercoaster ride all day and you are a passenger to it all?

  • When you look in the mirror do you like what you see looking back at you?

  • When you wake up in the morning how do you feel?

  • When you go to bed at night is it a peaceful retreat or do you feel like your head is still processing the day, the past or tomorrow?

  • Endless to-do list without ever feeling accomplished?

This is just a few questions to get started… how did you do? Were you honest with yourself or did you candy coat some of the answers to make yourself believe things are better than what they are? Again, never any judgement on my end here- I just am starting the conversation.

In these last few years we have seen what unmanaged stress has done to our minds/bodies. 80-90% of hospital visits these days are due to stress and illness and disease just the same- we are on the rise of experiencing burnout way too much these days and we are not doing anything to stop it. The only way we can start to lower that stress statistic is that we have to stop fueling the statistic and take back control of our lifestyle. We need to break free from the norm- but it needs to start from where we are at right now. So again let’s be transparent here, a few more questions:

  • How is stress effecting YOU daily?

  • How does it feel in YOUR body?

  • How does it influence YOUR decisions?

  • What have YOUR actions been based on the decisions YOU have been making?

  • What are YOUR current results based on YOUR current actions and lifestyle choices?

Again, how do we feel about these answers… I am assuming if you are still with me you are starting to realize that YOU are more than ready for a healthy lifestyle change. I would love to ask you a few more questions:

  • Create a vision for your ideal self starting with the simplest practices that create massive shifts in your mind/body. Eliminating the feeling of overwhelm or the feel of adding another thing to your plate

Introductory Consultation $25.00

Health Coaching begins with a review of your overall health and wellness + goals.
During your first consultation, we’ll gather information about your lifestyle, health history, habits, what you’ve tried in the past, and what’s working to gain a wholistic perspective of challenges and tools to support you on your wellness journey. Following your consultation, Tarah will provide insights and suggestions for where to begin making achievable and impactful shifts.

Health Coaching - One Month $250.00

Health Coaching sessions provide support, resources & accountability to meet your wellness goals. Monthly coaching can be scheduled as frequently as needed and includes your initial consultation + one additional coaching appointment, goal setting & monitoring, wellness resources & support for 30 days.

Three Month Coaching Package $700.00

Let’s collaborate on your wellness journey! Over three months, you’ll receive support, resources & encouragement to meet your wellness goals. Package includes an initial consultation, six coaching appointments, goal setting & monitoring, wellness resources & support.

Six Month Coaching Package $1,250.00

You’re ready to transform your mind, body, and lifestyle. I’m ready to help you!
Over six months, we’ll dive deep into what’s currently holding you back, explore tools to create sustainable change, set and track progress towards your wellness goals, and bring greater balance to your life as a whole. Package includes an initial consultation, twelve coaching appointments, goal setting & monitoring, wellness resources & ongoing support.

 

Meet Tarah

Namaste!

I’m Tarah Mancl, owner and primary yoga teacher of The Wellness Barn Studio. I am a Board Certified Health Coach and member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I take a holistic approach to Health Coaching that includes nutrition, physical activity and movement, stress reduction and mindfulness, and strengthening of the mind + body connection. This approach is informed by my personal experiences, training in Integrative Nutrition, and study of behavioral cognitive therapies.

When we work together, we won’t just focus on what you eat. We’ll carefully examine all the elements that contribute to your wellness, identify goals, and find sustainable methods that work for you. I want everyone to know that transformation is possible and true wellness is accessible. I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
